Rachel has spent the largest part of her career as an escrow closer where she developed the ability to anticipate issues causing closing delays and the determination & follow-thru to resolve those issues before they become escalated.

Rachel's background includes experience in the larger Kansas City market, county tax collector's office, and as closing coordinator for a multi-state development firm.  Rachel is currently the only member of the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® to hold both a Missouri Real Estate License and a Missouri Title Producer's License concurrently.

Rachel was honored to receive CJR Carol Jones REALTORS®' "Rookie of the Year " award in 2015.  She was also named Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® "President's Rookie of the Year" for 2015-2016.  Rachel is an advocate for property ownership rights and finds that contributing to the local Board of REALTORS® is not only dutifully imperative, but rewarding as well.  Other capacities in which she has served the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® include Chair and Co-Chair of the Programs Committee, Rachel currently chairs the Local REALTOR® Academy Subcommittee, and is also serving in her first term as an elected Director.

Rachel is proud to be a 6th generation native of Taney County, raising her family in the same close-knit community in which she grew up.  She enjoys canoeing local rivers & streams, doing anything DIY, and most of all, loves spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and extended family and friends.
